ABA Security and Electrical are Albany’s biggest provider of security and electrical services and had been running their business successfully through a strong reputation throughout the community for over 30 years.

However, there was a missed opportunity in their online presence with a website that struggled to convey that reputation and failed to convert visitors into enquiries.

Appealing to customers

The new website was designed to emphasise their unique selling points, such as:

  • Being a local, family run business
  • A diverse workforce of 29 employees
  • Offering a one stop shop for all security, electrical, communication and fire safety needs

The website also had to be efficient in providing visitors with the exact information that they need, regardless of which page they land on, and guide them towards making an enquiry
