About Mindful Homes

Mindful Homes are a boutique builder in Perth.

Whilst they do renovations and extensions, they really wanted to flex their creative muscle on brand new builds and needed to attract a different type of customer.

Understanding the market

A boutique home build is never going to be a first time home buyer, this market is a bit more mature and can appreciate the liveable designs and future-proofing their home for a growing family.

With all of the horror stories out there, website visitors needed to know that Mindful Homes were big enough to deliver, but small enough to listen and retain high levels of quality control over each build.

Executing the design

Fortunately, Mindful Homes had a large gallery of professional-grade photography for most of their major builds, additions and renovations.

This made it easy to produce a magazine like experience, heavily dominated by imagery whilst still retaining vital conversion elements such as prominent contact forms and persistent call buttons.

A large selling point of this website was the ability to add in price ranges to our project pages, to give a level of transparency and to help potential customers look at similar homes/projects to gauge how much they could be quoted.

Every bit of a website has to sell.

Thanks to the large gallery from Mindful Homes, we were able to have real, stunning photos of relevant work on each page.

So, the top-floor additions page was littered with photography of real work that Mindful Homes had performed.

Every page had contact forms, call now buttons were present with every scroll and further proof of work was always available.
